2 1/2 Cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Reduced fat gram cracker pie crust. (I used leftover coconut-
5 Tablespoons stevia that measures same as sugar
- Combine first 3 ingredients together in a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer.
2. Evenly spread into pie crust
3. Refrigerate overnight or 4-6 hours.
4. Finish off with whipped topping, if desired.
